- Your local currency spend is converted into PERK$, based on our base currency (SGD) at the market exchange rate.
- Example: A total lifetime spend of HKD$3000 converts to PERK$518, qualifying you for Bloom Tier.
- PERK$ are calculated cumulatively — the more you shop, the higher your tier!
- Earn PERK$ anytime you shop online, at our shops, or at our pop-ups (excluding retailers).
- Your PERK$ is calculated based on your lifetime NET spend with us. It includes all purchases, minus returns and refunds made.
- You must be registered and signed in for discounts to be automatically applied at checkout.
- Discounts are automatically applied at checkout in-store or online based on your registered email — no points or promotional code needed.
- Discounts are valid worldwide — online or at our PBK hosted pop-ups (excluding retailers)
- Tier discounts are not applicable on top of other partnerships eg Kris+. We apply the best discount available.
- Tier discounts are however stackable with on-going promotions or product bundles, unless otherwise specified.
- Birthday rewards are sent to the email registered in your account.
- Please also ensure that your birthday details are registered under your profile information!
- If you are under our Bloom, Glow or Shine tiers, you will be eligible to receive invites to styling sessions, events, and other curated surprises.

- You must be registered and signed in for discounts to be automatically applied at checkout (online or at retail).
- If you have made a purchase with us before, simply create an account with your email here.
- If you already have a registered account with us, simply log in for all your account details.
- All spend information and order history will be reflected inside the membership portal once you have logged in.
- Please update your birthday details for us to register your birthday
- Please also update your communication preferences so you can receive timely updates from us.
- Once you reach a tier, you will never be downgraded.
- There will be no expiry to your tier as well.
- There is also no minimum spend required to keep your tier.
- We communicate membership information via email and Whatsapp messages. Please indicate your mode of preference under your profile so you can receive all your account information in a timely manner.
- We send out a quarterly membership update via email/ Whatsapp.
