returns and exchanges - for regular priced ready made items
We know you might get the wrong sizes - especially when all of our bodies are so different! We offer exchanges on sizes and styles, and should the pieces really not work out for you, we will refund and take back the pieces. We rather do that than to live with the thought that you might be keeping a piece from us you'd never wear. We have an allowable 60 day refund and exchange period. Please contact us as soon as you can, upon receiving your order.
If the items are damaged, shame on us. While we check for defects before sending them out, human errors are part and parcel of life. Do send us a picture of the defect by email or Whatsapp, and we will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock.

Everyone loves a good bargain, but it is equally frustrating to be stuck with an item you know you will never wear again, even if it was bought at a really good price. We offer exchanges on sale items, as long as the items are still available. Unfortunately, for sale items, we are unable to offer direct refunds and items can only be returned for store credits. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

As each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns and refunds. If the item does not fit, we are happy to rectify the construction for you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
for Singaporean customers
Our mode of exchange and return is mail-based. Due to inventory shortage, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your issue as we will need to confirm the exchange/return. For your reference, our return address is 618 Yishun Ring Road #10-3236 S(760618). Please indicate your name and mailing address at the back of the envelope for identification purposes.
for international customers
A meet up is unfortunately impossible, thus the only viable exchange method now would be via postage. If it is a damaged good refund, we will refund an amount equivalent to your payment plus a postage fee, with the postage amount depending on where you are from. Simply email email@example.com with your issue and we will review each case and offer a good solution for you.
