All orders will be packed in a satin bag packaging, which allows you to reuse it for travel and other storage purposes. We want to reduce paper wastage, and this is our way of doing so.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekend orders. Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timings are an estimate, and are subject to delays and capacity constraints. Please contact hello@perkbykate.com for your package status.

We believe in the concept of taking responsibility for our own actions. If it is a time-sensitive delivery, please write in to inform us, so we can take necessary actions to ensure your package gets to you the best way. If it is our fault (wrong item shipped, wrong address delivered etc), trust that we will do all we can to rectify the mistake. Should it be a case of a mistake on your end (wrong address written etc), please work with us to acknowledge the mistake, and be willing to pay the $5 redelivery charge administered.
