All orders will be packed in a satin bag packaging, which allows you to reuse it for travel and other storage purposes. We want to reduce paper wastage, and this is our way of doing so.

For local orders, shipping is on us via Smartpac Courier Service by Singpost. Think of the free shipping cost as insurance, a small price we are willing to pay for ease of mind and to ensure the security of your package. Delivery timings range between 2-3 working days and start from the day you receive the shipping confirmation email. Delivery timings are an estimate, and are subject to possible delays.
Should no one be home to receive the package, the postman will deposit the package into your mailbox. If your mailbox is full, they will leave a collection slip for you to pick it up at the post office.
We offer free courier for purchases above $150.
international express shipping
We work with international express courier partners who deliver your order in 2-3 working days.
To China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan and Australia, free shipping applies for orders above $70.
Free shipping applies for orders above S$150 for Asia, S$250 for US/Canada/Europe, S$300 to UAE and S$400 to rest of the world. This is an end-to-end delivery service and delivery timings range from 2-3 working days. If your order value falls below the minimum spend, shipping fees will be charged dependent on the country of delivery, and they will be reflected at checkout. Import taxes will be pre-paid so as to prevent additional administrative costs that may be incurred in-country. This is usually $20 lower than if you had paid for taxes upon delivery. If there are tax savings, we will refund you the extra amount paid.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of weekend orders. Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Delivery timings are an estimate, and are subject to delays and capacity constraints. Please contact email@example.com for your package status.
We believe in the concept of taking responsibility for our own actions. If it is a time-sensitive delivery, please write in to inform us, so we can take necessary actions to ensure your package gets to you the best way. If it is our fault (wrong item shipped, wrong address delivered etc), trust that we will do all we can to rectify the mistake. Should it be a case of a mistake on your end (wrong address written etc), please work with us to acknowledge the mistake, and be willing to pay the $5 redelivery charge administered.
